Impact Construction is a Choices for Youth social enterprise that offers high quality and on-time construction services while empowering at-risk youth. We provide youth with the supports, education, and training needed to transition to sustainable full-time employment or pursue skilled trades training, and in turn offer the community a unique and competitive construction option.
We have a history of working on projects big and small, and with diverse partners and clients; everyone from big corporations like Newfoundland & Labrador Housing to private builds and special requests. So whether it’s a commercial paint job, a new deck for your home, major renovations or building a structure from the ground up; we’ve got the certifications you can trust and the experience you can rely on.

IMPACT CONSTRUCTION IS COR™ CERTIFIED & A MEMBER OF THE NLCSA
The Certificate of Recognition (COR™) is nationally trademarked and endorsed by participating members of the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations (CFCSA) of which the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) is a member. The Newfoundland & Labrador Construction Safety Association (NLCSA) is an industry-driven, not-for-profit association that takes a leadership role in lowering risk and preventing injury within the construction industry.
We all share a common purpose to ensure “no harm done” to construction workers in Newfoundland and Labrador. It is recognized as the leading provider of effective and affordable health and safety services in the prevention of workplace accidents/illness and the safe and timely return to work of injured workers.
We work diligently to maintain our standing with these organizations through a commitment to workplace safety, injury prevention, and training. These commitments directly impact our ability to deliver quality work to all of our clients.

Each year, the Canadian Home Builder’s Association of NL clebrates the industry at the Building Excellence and Residential Growth Awards (BERG). It’s here we recognize achievements in high quality workmanship, consumer service, energy efficiency, marketing, and professionalism in business dealings.
